Privacy Policy

& Senibina is a business registered in Singapore (UEN: 53484043D) at 225 Tampines Street 23, #09-203, Singapore 521225. We make Enjin, a design tool for architects and the people they work with, available at enjin.senibina.com.sg and inside ChatGPT. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It follows Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Account details: your email address, your name if you give it, and sign-in records such as when you last signed in.

Your work: the studies you create, the messages and briefs you write, files you attach or link (images, PDFs, 3D models), and the models, pictures and exports Enjin makes for you.

Credits and payments: your credit balance and what each request used. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.

Support and error reports: what you send us, and the details of a request that failed so we can fix it.

Technical data: basic page-view and performance measurements, and security logs such as the time and address of requests.

• To run Enjin: sign you in, store your studies, and turn your requests into models, pictures and files.
• To bill credits and keep records the law requires.
• To answer support requests and fix errors.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.
• To improve Enjin, using aggregated information that does not identify you.

You can connect your Enjin account to ChatGPT. You sign in on Enjin's own sign-in page, and ChatGPT then acts only for that account: it can see and change only the studies your account can. You can disconnect at any time in ChatGPT's settings.

When ChatGPT asks, Enjin sends back:

• your study names and when they changed;
• a study's description, its versions, and measurements of its model (overall size, height, and each layer's name and height range);
• the progress and messages of a request you sent;
• pictures of the model;
• links to the 3D model and to exported files, which stop working after 60 seconds;
• the email address of the Enjin account it is using, so you can tell accounts apart.

A request that spends credits asks you to confirm first. What ChatGPT receives is then handled by OpenAI under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your other ChatGPT conversations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Enjin, and only what they need:

• cloud hosting and storage;
• sign-in (Microsoft Entra);
• payments;
• AI services that process your briefs and models to produce results;
• email delivery.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

Your account and studies are stored in Singapore. Some service providers process data in other countries. When they do, we take the steps the PDPA requires so your data keeps a comparable standard of protection.

• Studies and files: until you delete them or close your account.
• Account information: while your account is active, and deleted 30 days after it is closed.
• Analytics data: 12 months, then aggregated or anonymised.
• Support records: 3 years.
• Billing records: 7 years, as tax law requires.

We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, limit who can reach it, and require sign-in to open your studies. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and, where the PDPA requires, the Personal Data Protection Commission.

You can ask to see or correct your personal data, withdraw your consent, or close your account and have your data deleted. Write to legal@senibina.com.sg. We reply within 30 days.

Enjin is meant for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
