About Senibina

Senibina is an independent AEC research and software company based in Singapore. We study how design intent, decisions, and project knowledge move between people and tools.

Our work begins with the everyday details of practice: a model handed over, a drawing reviewed, a decision carried into the next design iteration. We build small experiments to understand where those connections hold and where they need support.

Senibina was founded by Adib Zailan, whose background is in architectural technology and project delivery.
