About

Senibina is building Agentic Colleague, a governed coordination layer for AEC teams, helping practitioners carry design intent, BIM decisions, documentation, and submission work across the tools they already use, with human review built in.

Why this exists

AEC coordination loses context across tools.

Projects move through sketches, models, drawings, review notes, outsourced loops, and submissions. The risk is not only manual effort, it is losing the intent, decisions, and accountability behind the work.

Agentic Colleague is being built for that gap: workflow orchestration across design, BIM, documentation, and submission work, with reviewable outputs and practitioner approval before downstream handoff.

Tools and product direction

Current tools, one product direction.

Sketch, Bridge, and Gateway are focused tools around live project work. Agentic Colleague brings that direction into a governed coordination layer across AEC workflows.

Adib Zailan

Technical Founder

Adib is an AEC practitioner and software builder. Before Senibina, he worked across BIM production, technical automation, and design-to-documentation workflows in Singapore and MENA. Senibina comes from that work: moving design intent across tools, checking models, preparing submissions, and reducing manual loops without removing practitioner judgement.

Projects

BIM production, model coordination, documentation-heavy delivery, and construction-side BIM across large mixed-use, retail, campus, and submission-driven project work, including Dubai Square (Emaar, AED 180B Dubai Creek Harbour anchor), Dubai Mall Extension (Emaar, AED 1.5B expansion), and Masar Mall Makkah (Masar/Hamat, SAR 2.7B investment).

Technical craft

Rhino-Revit interoperability workflows, Dynamo graphs, Revit add-ins, and design-to-documentation automation shaped by real delivery pressure.
