Computational Design / Engineering / Go-to-Market

There is plenty to figure out here. Join us on a small, useful project in the area you want to grow in. You would work with the Technical Founder and share your progress as you go. You do not need to cover all three areas.

The work

  • Computational design. Build examples, explore parameters and test how models respond to changes.
  • Engineering. Work on a scoped improvement, reproduce a bug or make a test easier to run, with code review.
  • Go-to-market. Research a practice audience, help make a demo or try a small outreach and content experiment with the team.
  • Keep a record of what you tried, what worked and what you would do next.

What you bring

  • An interest in the built environment and one of the three areas above.
  • Something you have made or investigated. Coursework, personal projects and unfinished experiments all count.
  • A willingness to ask questions, try things and talk through what is not working.
  • Care with the details and with other people’s work.

Let’s talk

Tell us which area interests you and send something you have worked on. Include your availability, the length of placement you are looking for and any course requirements. We can work out a suitable project together.
