Forward Deployed Engineer

You would work alongside architects, designers and property teams as they try Enjin in their own workflows. The work is hands-on, from setting up a trial to investigating what happens when a model or handoff fails.

The work

  • Help teams get started with Enjin and identify a useful first project.
  • Test modelling, revisions and handoffs alongside the software a practice already uses.
  • Reproduce problems, document what happened and work with engineering on fixes.
  • Collect practical feedback and help teams understand what Enjin can do today.
  • Work with the Founding Go-to-Market Lead on demos and the handoff from outreach to a practice trial.

What you bring

  • Experience with design or BIM software and an understanding of real project workflows.
  • The ability to investigate technical problems, write scripts or make small integrations where needed.
  • Patience with testing and a clear way of explaining findings to practitioners and engineers.
