License Manager

Introduced

What It Does

Opens the Senibina Hub to the License tab, where you can activate, view, and manage your Senibina Bridge license. Your license works offline for up to 30 days, so you can keep working even without internet access.

Activating Your License

First-Time Activation

  • Open a Revit Project or Family document
  • Find the Senibina-Bridge ribbon
  • Click License Manager in the Utilities panel
  • Enter your license key (from your purchase confirmation or team administrator)
  • Enter your email address
  • Click Activate
  • Wait for confirmation
  • Close the Hub or switch to the General tab

Your license is now active and ready to use.

How License Validation Works

Senibina Bridge automatically validates your license:

  • On startup — Every time Revit launches
  • Periodically — During normal use

This happens in the background without interrupting your work.

Offline Support

Already activated? You can work offline for up to 30 days without needing to reconnect. Your license information is securely stored on your machine and automatically revalidates when you're back online.

License Types

Troubleshooting

Activation failed

Try these solutions:

  • Double-check your license key (copy directly from email)
  • Verify you have an internet connection
  • Confirm your license hasn't expired
  • Contact support if the key is already activated on too many devices

"Hardware fingerprint mismatch"

What it means: Your computer hardware has changed significantly (new machine, major upgrade).

What to do:

  • Email support@senibina.com.sg
  • Include your license key and describe the hardware change
  • Support will help transfer your license

License works but shows offline warning

This is normal. If you've been offline for a while, you'll see a reminder. Your license remains valid for 30 days offline. Simply reconnect to the internet to clear the warning.
